Breakfast

Reverse Diet Shredded Wheat and Cinnamon Apple Bake

1 hard boiled egg

 

Lunch

Reverse Diet Braised Pork Loin

1 cup brown rice

Reverse Diet Baked Pepper Supreme

2 ounces of fat free Italian Dressing on the side for dipping

1- 4 ounce glass of no sugar added pineapple juice

 

 

Snack

2 Reverse Diet Oatmeal, Raisin, and Peanut Butter Cookies

1- 6 ounce glass of skim milk

 

Dinner

 

Reverse Diet Crab Cake

1 cup of diced tomatoes and onions sautéed

2 ounces of cocktail sauce on the side

1 cup of hot lemon water1 4 ounce glass of orange juice

1 cup hot lemon water

 

Snack

1 ½ cups cubed watermelon

1 cup air popped popcorn sprinkled with AlsoSalt
